Day 1 - Livingstone, Zambia
After meeting up with your fellow travellers you have free time to visit the Falls, explore the town, bungy jump, microlight and more. (B)

Day 2 - Lusaka, Zambia
Crossing into Zambia we head northwards and camp near Lusaka, the capital. (B,L,D)

Day 3 - Chipata, Zambia
Today we drive through to the border where we camp in the small town of Chipata. (B,L,D)
Stage highlights: Heading east towards the border, we can see another part of Zambia and it's people.

Day 4,5,6 and 7 - Lake Malawi, Malawi
We journey through Lilongwe to our camp on the shores of Lake Malawi. We spend time relaxing on the shores of this sparkling blue watered lake, exploring the area, and shopping in the markets. This is the time for rest and relaxation. If you feel energetic there are plenty of watersports, or you can relax and take a walk along the shoreline - even try your hand at fishing. You will enjoy the friendliness of the locals you meet everywhere you go. (B,D)

Day 8 - Blantyre, Malawi
After breakfast we head southwards to the town of Blantyre. (B,D)

Day 9 - Chimoio, Mocambique
Today we cross into Mozambique and camp at Chimoio. (B,L,D)

Day 10 - Vilanculos, Mocambique
We reach the coast and relax on the beach of this coastal town that we will be using as our base to explore the Bazaruto Islands

Day 11, 12 and 13 - Bazaruto, Mocambique
You have the option of spending these 3 days relaxing on the beach or on an arab dhow sailing around the Bazaruto Islands - an unforgettable experience. We take our own snorkelling gear so we can stop often to explore the reefs, fish, swim and more. We camp on the islands for 2 nights and then return to Vilanculos. (B,L,D)

Day 14 and 15 - Inhambane / Tofo, Mocambique
Our beach days are not over yet, as we spend 2 nights camping at Tofo and explore the bustling trading town of Inhambane. (B,D)

Day 16 - Maputo, Mocambique
We continue onto the busy capital of Maputo where we spend the night. (B)

Day 17 - Johannesburg, Mocambique
After a free morning in Maputo, we cross back into South Africa and continue on to Johannesburg arriving late afternoon. (B)

Stage highlights: Today we say our farewells and think about the splendid trip that we have just finished.
